Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveys

This is what I really love to do.

I have a great deal of experience in providing commercial Technical Due Diligence (TDD) advice in relation to the acquisition, disposal or refinance of individual assets or multi-asset portfolios across all asset classes on behalf of purchasers, lenders, insurers and occupiers within the UK and across Europe.

I believe in delivering excellence through succinct quality reporting and providing focused commercial advice working to tight timescales for my own clients and as a sub-consultant for larger consultancy firms on large portfolio transactions.

Using my network of other experienced TDD surveyors and specialist sub-consultants, I can help coordinate and provide a team of experts to deliver reporting across larger portfolio TDD projects if required. Based in the south-east of England I can easily get to all parts of the UK at short notice and have experience in working across mainland Europe also.

Project Services

I love to lead and be part of a project team to deliver a client’s vision and be in front of and help solve any problems along the way should they arise.

I have worked with various owner and occupier clients to deliver multiple project types across all asset classes. Each project is unique however I believe success centers around good effective communication and teamwork, taking ownership and sweating the small stuff to deliver the quality that clients expect.

I also have a lot of experience in project monitoring on behalf of banks and lenders, providing technical assurance on projects in terms of time, cost and quality.

Landlord and Tenant Services

Looking after a building is so important to maximise its value over its lifetime, whether that is the day-to-day maintenance or longer-term care of the building, or in providing strategic commercial advice in the interest of owners and occupiers.

Again with experience across all commercial asset types I can give advice and provide solutions to add value in considering the short and longer-term requirements of the building, providing balanced pro-active strategic solutions to prevent rather than having to react to problems.
